Congratulations to our faculty member, Associate Professor Dr. Caroline S.L.Tan for winning Outstanding Paper in the 2022 Emerald Literati Awards for her paper "Gamifying OTT: a study on consumer attitudes toward game elements and OTT media service provider brands in gamification", in the journal Young Consumers. The Emerald Literati Awards have been honoring and awarding outstanding contributions by authors and reviewers selected by the respective journal editorial team for nearly 30 years.
