[Confirmed on June 19] English Test Scores: Entrance Examination for AY2021 April Enrollment(MBA Program in International Business)
The COVID-19 pandemic is getting under control and the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition Test was released in April 2020 (not available in mainland China and Iran). MBA-IB has therefore decided to change its application requirements regarding English Proficiency test scores. Most applicants can now safely take an English proficiency test, if they so desire. If not, their English proficiency will be evaluated during the interview. There is no difference between the two methods of evaluation of English Proficiency, whether it is assessed during the interview or on the basis of a submitted English Test Score. Previously, given the COVID-19-related State of Emergency and confinement orders in many places around the world, the program did NOT require students to go out and take an English Proficiency test, if they had not yet done so. Out of fairness, we had then decided to assess English proficiency for all applicants during the interview instead. In accordance with this change, we have made the modifications on the Application Guidelines accordingly.
